Saviour Kasukuwere
Saviour Kasukuwere is a Zimbabwean politician who was born on 23 August 1970. He served as the Minister of Local Government, Rural Development and National Housing, as well as the Minister of Youth Development, Indigenisation and Empowerment during the reign of former President Robert Mugabe. He was also the Secretary for the Commissariat of the ruling party, ZANU-PF. He fled the country in 2017 after the military intervention that led to the removal of Mugabe from power and has since been in self-imposed exile. He is running for the position of president as an independent in the 2023 elections.
